One of the biggest misconceptions about house clearances is that everything simply gets thrown away.

At Country Clearance, that couldn’t be further from how we work.

Wherever possible, we carefully sort items so they can be re-used, re-homed, donated or recycled - helping reduce waste and give belongings a second life.

And remember, you don’t have to book a full property clearance. Whether you need us to take care of everything or simply provide practical support and advice, we can help at the level that works for you.

Want to clear a property yourself, but not quite sure where to start?

We know that a full house clearance isn’t the right option for everyone. Some people would prefer to manage the process themselves, reduce costs and stay in control – but could still use some expert advice and an extra pair of hands.

That’s why we’ve introduced our new Assisted Clearance Service.

We work alongside you, helping you get the clearance organised and underway with practical, experienced support.

We can help with:

✔️ Sorting and organising what needs to go
✔️ Identifying items that could be sold – and advising where
✔️ Working out what can be donated or recycled
✔️ Planning waste disposal and when to book it
✔️ Moving, sorting and general practical help
✔️ Heavy lifting and those awkward items you don’t want to tackle alone

Our assisted clearances start with a minimum 3-hour visit, giving you the knowledge, support and momentum to continue the clearance yourself.

It’s a flexible way to keep costs down while still benefiting from the experience of the Country Clearance team.

And, of course, if you’d rather we take care of everything, our full property clearance service is still available too.
