Launching our latest completed project - Golf Links 🌲

A development of nine, four bedroom detached houses located in Ferndown, Dorset. Designed for our lovely clients

With three house types and three schemes, each house has its own identity and offers a variation of the carefully curated pallet of natural materials and finishes.

Focusing on sustainability and inspired by Scandinavian concepts these houses create a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape.

We have staged one of these nine houses as a show home (which is now open).

What to do with the smallest room in the house?

If you have a little downstairs cloakroom, used by all the family, friends and visitors. Why not go bold.

This projects scheme was mainly off-white neutral’s and natural textures. However, we decided to colour drench this little room to create a surprise and a bit of fun. You don’t need to buy expensive wallpaper or tile everywhere to create statements. Colour blocking is a great way to create a different feel without spending lots of money. It’s also much easier to change if you decide you want a change in a few years time.

We designed this bathroom to be a tranquil escape with considered lighting design alongside carefully selected finishes and placement, we’ve created a harmonious space that eludes opulence. Marble effect tiles with fluted wood details add texture and warmth.

One of the challenges of designing for a development is you don’t have an end user, so we create a scheme that will appeal to the majority.
