Here at Dress a Window, we specialise in soft furnishings from a wide range of blinds and curtains, to cushions and reupholstery which are all bespoke made to your specification. Making blinds and curtain first started as a hobby when the owner moved into her first home at the age of 17. Since then, her hobby has developed into a career and now offers a wide range of services, including:

Blinds -

Roman, verticals, venetian (faux & real wood), and roller. Curtains - normal, black out, and voiles. Cushions, throws and bed runners. Wallpapers. All curtains will have your own personal choice of headings, whether that be cartridge, eyelet, triple pleat, duo pleat, flop over, puffball, thread on, or any others. Plus your choice of pole which can be supplied. We can also offer advice on furnishing your home to compliment your choice of colours, patterns and fabrics. All of these services are completely bespoke and made to your personal specification.

Our Story

Making blinds and curtains first started as a hobby when the owner – Sharon Milner, moved into her first home at the age of 17.

Since then, her hobby has developed into a career and she now offers a wide range of services. After working from home for 20 years Sharon has now moved in to her own shop at Buzzards Valley where you can visit the showroom and see her work space.

Dress a Window provides a one to one consultation and design service to all their customers ensuring each and every job is perfectly suited.
