I had a great weekend cooking with Blesma Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School . We made a selection of European dishes including Churros, Paella, Fresh Pasta, Ravioli, Tiramisu, Chicken Chasseur, Plum Clafoutis. We battled high winds, torrential rain and a power cut!! Always a privilege working with the guys

It was a great day2 with Blesma Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School. Lots of Indian dishes. Onion Bhaji, Cinnamon lamb paratha, Workers Curry, Spicey Ferrari potatoes. Was ready for a relax in the hot tub at the end of the day in a lovely cabin Wold Escapes

End of day 1 Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School with Blesma. Today we have made a range of dishes. Sticky Bau Buns, prawn toast, Massaman curry, Thai fish cakes. Great fun with a lovely group of people. Rest now ready for day 2
