Our U13s Girls team is recruiting, and we'd love to welcome new players to our growing rugby family!

If you have a daughter, granddaughter, niece, or know any young girl in **Year 8** who would like to give rugby a try, come along to one of our training sessions. No experience is needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to have fun!

In a world where girls are constantly told to be smaller, quieter, skinnier… rugby teaches them to be powerful. 💛🖤

Not every rugby player is built the same and that’s the beauty of this game.

Some girls are tall.
Some are small.
Some are solid.
Some are lean.
Some are lightning quick.
Some are powerful through the middle.

But every single one of them has a role.

The thighs they criticise, help drive defenders backwards.
The shoulders they feel insecure about, make huge tackles.
The muscle they worry about, gives them strength, power and resilience.

Rugby doesn’t ask girls to shrink themselves.
It teaches them to trust their bodies.

Strong is not something to be ashamed of.
Strong is something to be proud of.

To every young girl questioning her size, height or shape:
Your body is not the problem.
Your body is helping you do incredible things. 🖤💛

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be raising awareness around body confidence in girls rugby league, challenging stereotypes and reminding our players that strength comes in many different forms.

Because powerful girls belong in this game. 💪🏼
