CraftyBun Studio Holly Wardale founded CraftyBun Studio in 2016. I am a printmaker & I run workshops in the West Mids.

I originally got into print making back in 2010 when I was struggling to find inspiration on my Fine Art degree. Since moving back to Birmingham I have been part of the Birmingham Printmakers alongside my everyday job/s. My main inspiration comes from nature and wildlife, I love how much texture you can get from different printing techniques and the unpredictable nature of the process that you can

never fully control. The main printing techniques I use are Collagraph, Lino-cuts & Wood-cuts. I am also a self employed photographer and film maker which helps inspire my prints.

On Saturday, May 23rd, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, unleash your inner artist at the beautiful with local artist Holly Wardale. 🌿✨

Discover the art of lino cut printmaking in the inspiring Long Room of the String of Horses. You’ll learn everything from mark-making basics to carving and hand-printing your own design—no press needed!
