The staircase is often underestimated, but full of potential.

For most, it's just a passageway between floors. Yet this space can shape the atmosphere of the entire home. The key ingredient? Daylight.

With VELUX roof windows, a dark staircase becomes a bright, welcoming space that not only connects the floors but visually opens them up. Light from above reaches spots that façade windows simply can't.

Which of these staircases is your favourite?

At first glance, both VELUX solutions look similar: automatic control, rain sensor, and remote ventilation all included.

The key difference? The VELUX solar window needs no wiring. Easier installation and usually lower costs.
