📍 Dunsinane, Dundee

JTC Furniture Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our Assembly Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, keeping production moving and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Leading and supporting a team of Factory Operatives
✅ Coordinating daily workloads and priorities
✅ Maintaining quality, efficiency and safety standards
✅ Supporting training and continuous improvement
✅ Working closely with other departments

What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with previous team leadership experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.

Experience within furniture manufacturing would be an advantage.

🕒 Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am–3:30pm

Are you a natural leader with experience in manufacturing and a passion for developing high-performing teams?

JTC Furniture Group is looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Lead to join our Machine Shop team at our Dunsinane facility.

This is an opportunity to take responsibility for day-to-day team operations, support colleagues and help maintain the high standards of quality, safety and efficiency that underpin our business.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and support a team of Factory Operatives.
• Coordinate daily workloads and operational priorities.
• Support staff training, development and performance.
• Promote a positive, safe and productive working environment.
• Work collaboratively across departments to maintain operational efficiency.

🔹 What We're Looking For
✔ Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
