From , with sound, vision and hope

Tonight, Scotland National Team take on Morocco at Gillette Stadium in , the final group game of a run that's already become a story all of its own. For two weeks the has more or less adopted : kilts on the T, pipes at Fenway, and a city that's taken to Scotland as warmly as Scotland has taken to it.

Watching it from Ayrshire, one connection of ours feels especially fitting.

A few years back we spent a day looking after , founder and frontman of Boston's own Dropkick Murphys, and a man whose loves run to music, golf and the Boston Bruins not necessarily in that order. He was over for a Glasgow show, and we did what any good host would: a round at Royal Troon Golf Club, another eighteen at Trump Turnberry, and a lift to the gig that arrived, against bank-holiday odds, on time.

Boston and Scotland, brought together by music and golf, a few years before football did the same on a far bigger stage.

So tonight, we're cheering on Steve Clarke's side with one eye on Foxborough and a fond memory of a Bostonian who felt right at home on a Scottish fairway.

Bit of a proud team moment.

Our Broomieknowe Golf Club simulator project has been featured by Essential Install.

This was a brilliant project because it shows exactly where golf simulators are heading.

They are no longer just a novelty in a spare room.

Done properly, they become a year-round space for practice, coaching, social play, competitions, member events and those very Scottish days when the weather has clearly had a meeting and decided golf is cancelled.

For Broomieknowe, we helped create a dedicated indoor golf environment that feels easy to use, looks the part and gives members a space they’ll actually want to come back to.

The project included screen design, projection, turf, room layout, acoustic treatment and the practical AV details that make the technology work quietly in the background.

That is always the goal.

Less “look at the cables”.

More “take the shot”.

Last night was Marr Rugby Club Awards Night, and what a brilliant night it was.

Great people.
Great club.
Great community.

Lairds were proud to support an evening that celebrated the players, coaches, volunteers, families, and supporters who give so much to local sport.

These clubs are built on commitment.

Not just on match days, but on every training night, early start, late finish, lift given, kit washed, raffle sold, speech made, and shoulder put to the wheel.

Congratulations to every nominee and winner.

More importantly, congratulations to everyone who helps keep Marr Rugby moving forward.
