🔥 TODAY’S INSTALL – EDINBURGH 🔥

Who loves the look of a wood-burning stove but doesn’t fancy the hassle of collecting and storing logs? We have the perfect solution! 👌

For today’s installation, we fitted this beautiful fully remote-controlled Gazco gas stove, giving the customer all the charm and cosy atmosphere of a real wood burner, but with the convenience of gas at the touch of a button.

The stove sits neatly on a granite hearth, with a brick-tiled interior and finished off with this stunning deep-character honey oak beam, to match in with their beautiful oak floor, creating a lovely rustic focal point.

We also:
✅ Lined the chimney and fitted a new cowl.
✅ Ran a new gas supply from the mains under the floor into the fireplace opening.
✅ Done all necessary checks and tests to the whole gas supply

The customer will be finishing off the walls at a later date, but we think this is already looking fantastic! 🔥

At Living Fires, we have fires and stoves to suit every home and every lifestyle.

🔥 TODAY’S INSTALLATION – EDINBURGH 🔥

What a difference a surround makes! 😍

Today we transformed this customer’s existing stove and slate hearth by fitting a 3-piece back panel with a metal goalpost trim, finished off with this stunning Persian limestone fireplace surround.

The stove and hearth were already in place, but adding this beautiful surround has created a real focal point in the room and completely finished off the fireplace! 👌

The Persian limestone has a lovely grey finish once dry (I had just washed it all down), giving it a stylish, timeless look that complements the existing stove perfectly.

Another fantastic transformation by the team at Living Fires! 🔥

Another fantastic installation completed today by the team at Living Fires! 🏡🔥

Our customer wanted a high-output stove, so we installed this impressive Hunter Aspect 7 multi-fuel stove, sitting on a black honed granite D-shaped hearth. 🖤

The flue pipe runs straight from the top of the stove taking a slight offset to miss the roof joists,up through the ceiling and out through the flat roof to the required height, giving a sleek, modern finish.

As the stove is over 5kW and installed against an internal wall, we also fitted an external air vent to meet the relevant installation regulations. ✅
