If you’re in the area, come up to Torwood House Open Garden in Birnam today as part of Scotlands Gardens scheme, their chosen charity is so we will be there raising support and awareness of this vital wee charity - as well as an amazing and beautiful garden to explore, there will be teas and cakes and plants for sale too

Happy Hens - They make us very happy! Each one comes with her own personality and character, I’d happily take them all home. we’re probably going to need more of these pretty soon!!!

We’ve had a few new follows recently so this seems a good time to tell you all that we are a female led business (in case the name didn’t give that away!) and we currently have 23 very talented ladies creating beautiful things for us here at Kat n Kat, some full time established artists, some part time juggling children, caring roles, health issues, other jobs and making, some retired and returning to their artistic roots
Our ladies create Jewellery, fascinators, textiles, ceramics, paintings, printmaking, collage, knitting, castings, plants, sculpture and woodwork - here’s a taster of some of their work alongside us two Kats - we’re so proud to be able to show off all our talented hardworking female creatives - love to you all on this day and everyday!

Heritage Wood Sale!! We don’t believe in flash sales - we charge a fair price so our makers get a decent return and our customers don’t pay over the odds so usually discounts are not possible. However, has made us some new furniture and we have no space for it! So we have reduced our stock furniture by 10%. All Beautiful pieces of local windfallen oak - grown and fallen, milled and created all within a 6 mile radius of our shop! Special pieces at a special price!
