Recent project for a wonderful Dunoon based couple. Designing and visualising a new extension for their home, inside and out. Project included a in-situ images to show planners what the extension looks like on the street and from all sides, as well as detailed elevation documents, land planning documents and materials specifications. In this way we help you speed up your planning process by making sure they have the best quality of imagery available. These documents can also be used in a pre-planning consultation phase with your local council to suss out any issues for your target design prior to submitting a complete planning application. This way you only have to go through a complete planning process once. Currently available for commissions.
