Those of you living locally may have seen we've finally got scaffolding up to do some repairs to our building - which have been in the pipeline for a very long time! The majority of the work we're undertaking is traditional repairs which are much needed, to roof, gutters, windows and the rendering of the facade.
We will be opening some of the time during the work, but the footpath is closed and so access is from directly across the road. Depending on the levels of dust and activity up above, we may decide that it's not suitable to open on certain days - and while our builders are doing all they can to try and make sure the shop isn't affected, inevitably there's some work which requires removing old material which may make it just too dusty! Please drop us a message if you are planning to come any distance to check we are here.
Please bear with us, we hope the work will be completed by early August - and the shop will have a much better pavement appeal and the indoor plants will stop getting watered automatically when it rains!
