Our Monday group have been loving this bilibag cord and we have made some fantastic bags Beverley Charters and Trish and Pauline amd more... Some for sale, some not. Bilibag braided cord comes in 3mm at £8.25 and 5mm at £9.25 for 100m. Lots.of colours will be available in our new space soon. We are holding a bags and baskets workshop in August which will include your choice of 3 or 5mm cord, a wood base and large hook, pattern and the usual UnTangled love and cake 🥰

Lovely group last night 🥰. The new mayor and reform.councillor.visited the North West Veterans Corps of Drums. In their room at valley brass last night. Whilst UnTangled Wool & Crafts - Promoting Wellbeing & Social Crochet does NOT support reform in ANY way.

We took the opportunity to ask them WHY the councillors ward grant funding was no longer available. We discussed the importance of these small pots of funding which make a HUGE difference to our communities. They said they were not aware, didnt seem to know about it, but would look into it... if you are a local.group.please check in with your councillor about this funding....

Where are all the men crocheters and knitters.... ? I know you're out there, we even taught some of you 😁. we have some new crochet/craft socials coming soon and just seeing if there is any interest in a mens social group. Historically, men definitely knit and crochet, and learned in WW1 & 2 for rehab..... drop me a message if interested.. Just to add all genders will be most welcome at our new groups.

Sooo excited to share....not a squishy parcel ...but I have a small stock of beautiful Sam Cannon Art cards coming to our space in Market st Earlestown soon. I have loved following Sams fb page and Art for a while so its exciting to be stocking her unique work.
