Menucommand / Menu Pilot

LOCKED OUT DUE TO PASSWORD BEING INCORRECTLY INPUTTED

If you have inputted your password incorrectly within menu pilot or menu command but still do have access to menu command you can unlock your account in the following way.

Within Menu Command,

* Click on User Details on the left hand side menu
* select the site or user which is locked out.
* scroll to the bottom of that screen and there’s a box which says

Menucommand locked

Untick that box

IMPORTANT - click the update button below the box

Changing the default label

If you need to change the default label - please find following instructions on how to do it:

* On Menu Command (eg where you programmed your items on the cloud)

* On the left hand side of the screen you will see (app settings) click on that.

* Then click on (Lay out settings)

* Select the label you want to use.

* Click SAVE on the bottom right of the screen.

* IMPORTANT

You need to do this process again with both tabs
