Office Assistant (Full-Time)
Village Blinds

At Village Blinds we are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position within a supportive and welcoming working environment.

Key Responsibilities: no

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Organising and managing the office diary
- Ordering and maintaining stock supplies
- Preparing documents and information for the accountant
- Keeping the workplace clean, organised, and presentable

What We’re Looking For:

- A team player with a positive attitude
- Confident and professional when speaking on the phone and in person
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Experience:

- Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full training will be provided

Additional Information:

- Full-time position
- Casual dress
