Gigi Jessiman is a qualified Psychotherapy Counsellor, offering face-to-face (covering West Sussex) or Zoom-based sessions UK-wide.

Would anyone be interested in attending a free workshop, circa 45 mins, covering aspects of Psychotherapy Counselling:

- What is it?
- How does it work?
- Who is it for?
- plus Q&A (questions can be submitted befor, just DM)

Please get in touch if you would be interested, whether mid-week or weekend, probably max circa 20 people.

At the end of the session, you will come away with a better understanding of counselling and how it can help in your life.
