Did you know Thermomix can also be used “manually”? You don’t need to only follow guided cooking, you can use Thermomix to help you with your well known, family inheritance recipes like I did today! I baked my Polish family’s favourite cake - walnut cake and to make the cake dough I used thermomix. 5 min and it was ready!

Today I also made my own ciabatta bread! If someone told me a few months ago that I’ll be baking my own ciabatta bread I would have laughed 😆 now it’s so easy! I just underestimated my powerful oven and should have taken them out a couple of minutes earlier🙈 but they’re super tasty 😋

Oprocz spaghetti bolognese upieklam dzis chlebek ciabatta. Jesli ktos pare miesiecy temu by mi powiedzial ze bede piekla swoj wlasny chleb ciabatta, wysmialabym go! A teraz jest to takie proste! Nawet dla kogos kto wczesniej nie potrafil i nie lubil gotowac! 🙂
