How cute are Valais sheep? Known as well for their gentle , friendly nature .
I have made a flock of needle felted Valais sheep again this year ( handy as they have their own wool !) , and the pictures are heading for the Visitor Centre at the award winning
Rose Creek Farm, Central Otago, New Zealand .
The lamb with rusty legs is a new addition to the farm.

Who knows which country they will end up in eventually ! Farewell wee woolly sheep with no faces !

Little needle felted bee ; I’ve tried to capture the fuzziness you get when looking at a bee in action.

I’m having a lazy few days and posting some past work. I’m not a confident water colourist , but this is my attempt at a watery ‘ dingly dell’. It’s hanging on my wall so I guess I quite like it !

Scottish deer with bee. Needle felted sheep’s wool piece. Made from recycled materials for someone’s holiday bolt hole to cheer up a lacklustre corner . 30 cm square.

Kate Moss. This was an ink drawing I did almost 20 years ago. The body is made up entirely of tiny dots .
Just like looking in the mirror really 😂

Dropped one of my art works off at Flotterstone- always looking for art ideas on my local walks with the pup ( yes this is work lol) . The Pentland Hills and residents are looking fine today .

Always the Bridesmaid.. felted Highland cow; 30cm square and ready for framing . I see these huge, but calm creatures when I’m out walking the dog. So I thought I’d capture one in wool. Not literally - bit big . This will be for sale at the fabulous Pentland Hills cafe . If you want something similar , please feel free to PM me .

This needle felted cow, and the wet and needle felted Scottish story scene, have sold to a lovely lady from Edinburgh. They are heading for her new extension. It’s always an honour when your art is shown in someone’s home . I hope they bring happiness and good luck .

So, can you teach an old dog new tricks ? I went to clay sculpting classes ( Creating with kindness) and made a Blue Tit. Pretty pleased with myself TBH 😁

The last of the herd heading for the USA. Thank you to the lovely lady who trusted me with her gifts. Love to her and all the Americans on this anniversary of their terrible losses . 🇺🇸
