Running a small business comes with a lot of moving parts, long days, and plenty of problem-solving behind the scenes.

But moments like this are a good reminder of why we do it.

More than anything, it reflects what we always aim to bring to every job—clear communication, respect for people’s ideas, and taking the time to do things properly.
