Blue and white will always be my go-to when it comes to ceramics. 💙
This combination has a powerful yet calming energy, both strong and serene at the same time. It feels timeless, pure, and full of quiet balance.

Throughout history, blue and white ceramics have carried deep cultural meaning, from Chinese porcelain to İznik tiles and Delftware. They have come to represent purity, infinity, and harmony. I am deeply inspired by how these colors transcend time and place, linking different artistic traditions through simplicity and grace.

For me, working with blue and white feels like being part of a continuing dialogue between strength and stillness, tradition and personal expression. 🌿

This work required great precision and preparation from painting to firing, every stage demanded care, especially during installation. Each tile had to be placed with a 5 cm gap to allow the design to flow seamlessly.
It was the statement piece of the Golden Ratio exhibition , where I explored and patterned elements from across the universe — from human organs to the cosmos, from beehives to the ouroboros — all connected through the harmony of the golden ratio.
