There’s been over 4000 treat boxes delivered since the first one in May 2020.

Who’d have thought they’d still be arriving on doorsteps and making you smile 6 years later. 🥰

This one from back in May was called Disco Ball.

There was some sea kelp body was from

A disco ball cross stitch kit from

Rhubarb and Apple Soda from

And some strawberries and cream fudge from

These come out every other month so the next one is due out at the end of July and I’ve chosen these golden sunflowers as inspiration for the yarn colours. Orders for these will close on Thu 2nd July.

It’s such a fun summery colourway. Originally a treat box yarn from years ago.

Here it is knitted in an Easy Goes It shawl by which is a great free one skein pattern.

I recently finished this Manis Top by a beautiful lightweight summer top that knits up in no time.

It had been in my pattern favourites for a few years and I wanted to knit with the new ‘Scarlett’ colourway and thought it’d work well.

You use fi*****ng weight yarn for the bottom and then a laceweight fluff (I used ‘Magnolia’ Suri Alpaca Silk) in various needle sizes to get a nice loose gauge as you travel up the knitted piece.

Such an economical knit only 27g of fi*****ng weight and 30g of lace so it’s light as a cloud! What colour combinations would you choose?

I’m off to chain myself to the desk to work on the website update that launches at 7pm tonight. 😂

We had such a lovely time at 🥰

Shows are HARD work. 😮‍💨

Weeks of preparation goes into them so actually spending time chatting to likeminded people who get as excited about yarn as I do is the easy bit!

It’s been a strange week here, topping up a few of the popular colourways before hitting the road again to Karelia House this weekend.

There’s no shipping between Thurs 4th June and Mon 8th June.

I’ll do a shop update next week and a live at some point to show you all the new yarns and the popular items from the sample rail so you get some inspiration too even if you can’t be at shows.
