As the darkness prevails, tend your hearth, nurture your soul, rest and nourish your being; honour and heed your ancestors. Gaia knows, she shows us the beauty in shedding, releasing and resting. May you find it too. ☯️🌏

After a day of DA training and feeling pretty under the weather, a visit from Pops and a wreath making session was so very welcome

As the wheel turns may you see your blessings, may you reflect, rest and have faith in yourself to understand, accept and embrace the shadow and dark.
Prayer to the Dark Mother
Day turns to night,
and life turns to death,
and the Dark Mother teaches us to dance.
Hecate, Demeter, Kali,
Nemesis, Morrighan, Tiamet,
bringers of destruction, you who embody the Crone,
I honor you as the earth goes dark,
and as the world slowly dies.

Mabon blessings.

What's new? We've fallen in love with copper and found a direction. Well not a direction, our foundations., cut back the overgrowth and found our roots. What we do won't be for everyone; but it is for us. No more fitting in, no more adjusting for acceptance. Take what you like or love and leave the rest.

So, here's a preview of some of my new creations ahead of Soulful Gatherings Autumn mind, body and soul event, in Fulbourn on Saturday. (And the spirals can be worn in both directions depending on what you need 😉)

2026, we've certainly been challenged here. Some very scary times, some very sad times, some very worrying times. But through it all, weve found courage, greater love, and a future that looks different to our imagining. We are so truly blessed, we have found so much joy, happiness, togetherness and fun along the way.

Many years ago (more than i care to admit, coz, well; like, you know, i didnt leave school almost 30 years ago! ) I left my life long friends at 15, for a new school, new home, new family. I didn't have a choice. But I took with me a recorder VHS tape, a mix tape and a well wishes book. Someone wrote in the book

"Life's a journey, not a destination"

I didn't even know who Aerosmith were then 🤣 - imagine! 🤪

I've quoted that line countless times, my children know it, and the truth behind it. Dont dwell on what you dont have. Be thankful for all you do. You can choose to plant different seeds, adapt and grow.

Blessed Lughnasadh.

What a ride July has been! Today its hands busy, repetitive motion and no thinking. Maybe some sleep.

Unable to have our stall at Isleham Gala this weekend, and the youngest of Billy's pack lived it up in London seeing we disappeared into the woods. Rest, recovery, re-centering, and the gift of time and space to ourselves.

You need to hear at least one of these today. ❤️ whatever your day holds, be gentle with yourself.
