We’ve changed things up a bit in the shop…well, I say we but I mean I (Michelle) as the displays were frustrating me! 🤣🙈

So rather than just move a few displays around I started moving furniture around & then went in to full spring clean mode, at midday, on a Wednesday with customers having to browse around me, lol, but it’s done & I’m a bit less frustrated now! 😜

So pop in, have a browse, enjoy the new space, and take home some lovely bits… 🥰

💔 Shop News 💔

This is probably one of the most difficult shop update posts I’ve ever had to do so far… 😞

Following another admission to hospital at the end of last week we got the news on Saturday (following a CT scan) that dad’s health issues are a lot worse than the heart failure he’s been battling with over the last few years…the scan picked up on growths on both his pancreas and liver so ultimately it looks like it is cancer and is quite far advanced to be showing up like that unfortunately! 😢

Dad is still in hospital just now and the next stage is to see just how the MDT & surgical team want to handle it…it’s looking like the chances of treatment at this stage is very unlikely, and he has gone downhill very quickly over the last few months so I suppose it’s just a case of waiting to see where we go from here…

The shop is still open our normal hours for the time being, massive thanks to Claire & Emma for covering extra days, etc as we navigate all of this! 😘 I am just juggling a lot more balls than normal, and my head is a bit mush so please bear with me just now if you are waiting on a response on anything… ❤️

Dad being dad of course is still keen to get back in the shop to do some days so we will see how things go over the coming weeks and I will update on here when we have any news…
