Returning customers always give so much validation to the work we do. It was lovely to make these 2 pairs of curtains for a customer just around the corner from us in Clyst St Mary. One pair were interlined triple pinch pleat curtains and the others pinch pleat dress curtains. We loved playing a part in the rooms transformation.

Some windows other companies just won’t touch — bay recesses, awkward angles, curves. This one needed a track bent to follow the contour of the recess, so that’s exactly what we did. 🪟

The walls were lath and plaster, so we battened them out and painted to match before fitting. Next phase: supplying, fitting and dressing the curtains and blinds — can’t wait to show you the finished room!
Bent tracks are our speciality. If you’ve got a window you’ve been told is “impossible,” send us a message.

Bay windows are tricky

But not for us! This 5 bend bay was a challenging bay to measure but we got it just right. How do you adorn this bay? With a pair of full length pinch pleat curtains of course. To top it off we got to meet the newest member of the family 🐶

Problem…
The customer wanted something to soften the room that wasn’t blackout as there were blackout pleated blinds layered behind. The problem was the customer didn’t want the curtain blocking the entrance to the dressing room.
The solution was a single 60mm wave curtain stacking to the left which allowed ample space to enter the dressing room when the curtain was closed.

Whilst at a fit in Sidmouth we were introduced to this little beauty ❤️🐕🐶

The problem…
The customer had some pleated blinds but the room wasn’t soft enough. We opted for a single 60mm wave heading voile. Why? The 60mm was to ensure the curtain didn’t limit access to the dressing room on the right. We went with a voile because the customer was happy how blackout the room was and just wanted to soften the room.

Apex windows are truly stunning, but….they are difficult to dress. Curtains look great but don’t work for everyone especially if you have a stunning view. This is where our motorised pleated blind systems come in. Perhaps you have an area that is difficult to access then this is the perfect solution for you.

A nice visit to Beer to brighten up a Monday morning for a site visit and what a ‘site’ it was was! Beautiful views overlooking the sea and yet another interesting apex window to dress. Watch this space to see what we do.
Then onto Exeter for a new build and a final measure up and using AI software to allow the customer to visualise their choices.
