Julie Murray Property Staging

02/08/2026

Exciting news! As my Feng Shui training is nearing completion, I am re-branding from Julie Murray Property Staging to Starting with You. I have always used Feng Shui in my staging and styling work, mostly by instinct, now however, I am able to incorporate this ancient Chinese philosophy, fully into my work. Alongside staging and styling for homes and businesses, I will also be offering stand alone Feng Shui consultations.

The name Starting with You has come about because the style of Feng Shui I am learning is very client centred and as I specialise in occupied staging and styling, I have always positioned my recommendations from the client's own style and what they already own. Therefore, this name change feels very organic to me.

My new website is coming very soon but in the meantime my Instagram account handle has been already been updated to .uk, please follow me, if you're not already. My new contact details are listed here on Facebook and on Instagram.

Home staging really works!
Staged using soft staging techniques, this lovely Oxfordshire cottage sold within 5 days, for over the asking price. The sellers received multiple offers, including a full asking price offer on the first viewing. You can clearly see the impact we’ve made, with the use of just a few props and the addition of a beam mantle piece from to this empty country cottage. After photos courtesy of

Staged by Julie Murray Property Staging using Soft Staging techniques. Given the current political climate and the excellent location, it was felt that this ex-rental property would benefit from some staging, without going to the expense of furnishing. I’m sure you’ll agree that our staging is showing this cottage as cosy, move in ready and really selling the country lifestyle.
