We believe strongly that you do not have to spend a fortune to have a beautiful and stylish home. We live the thrifty life but don't compromise on quality. I also love to source designer and quality high street branded clothes to sell on at affordable prices. I am a strong believer in sustainability and quality over quantity. It is possible to have a wardrobe of stylish and beautiful clothes without paying a fortune for them. I only sell perfect condition items.

We might be ripping the old kitchen out ready for the installation of the new kitchen but, my job must continue! I'm in desperate need of furniture for my room at the hub, so this little beauty is getting a makeover.

Sorting and pricing stock for the Michealmas Christmas fair at Powderham on Thursday 5th November. It's always a wonderful event, great atmosphere, set amongst the beautiful castle rooms.

Rediscovered the joy of reading again. It's hard giving yourself permission to slow down after nearly fifty years of working but, I'm getting there.

I do need to find a walking or dancing club to join though, both are something I love to do.
