Bought this vintage Cambridge Portable Potentiometer from The Desirable Curio in Doune, and I've just finished turning it into a one of a kind table/desk lamp. The wooden box was very nice but it's been taken down and repolished, before adding a double lamp to it using copper pipe and brass fittings.

As you can see the lid can be removed or left on depending on your preference.

What an upcycle, I got my hands on the vintage Conquest Fire Extinguisher and converted it into a nice USB powered standard lamp, so no need for it to be placed next to a plug as you can power this from a battery bank.

Is anyone else having algorithm problems?

I'm seeing lots of posts for Halloween and Christmas fair vendor applications!

The first was for a place not far from Perth. Unfortunately, it was the wrong Perth. Then Canada and America. It would be nice to take some stock to these places but I just can't make the travel work for me unfortunately.

Never mind, Pipedreams Scotland is still hoping to bring our USB powered lamps and other items to a Christmas Market near you, so long as you're in Central Scotland (and maybe a little bit further away).

Don't worry about what the weather is going to be like tomorrow, come and see us Scottish Arts and Crafts Fair and we'll shine a bit of light on the day for you! 🎩 💡 🌞

This is not a drill — there’s just one more sleep until our 1 August event at Geilsland Estate 🥳 We’re indoors, so there’s no need to worry about showers. Come along and enjoy a fantastic line-up of 54 stalls featuring art, crafts, food and drink, with lots of new crafters joining us again this month. Fancy lunch or a cuppa and cake? The fabulous Mocha JaK’s coffee shop will be open on-site with indoor and outdoor seating, and we also have extra tables and chairs in the craft fair hall at our “Chatter & Natter” area.

Scottish Arts & Crafts Fair - 1st August - we're open from 11am to 4pm, 54 indoor stalls, fully accessible venue, FREE entry, and it's all dog friendly. We'll have a few new and unique lamps with us on Saturday for our next event with Scottish Arts & Crafts Fair.
This bottle was given to us by Alex following a visit to London where they visited and brought back this very nice and industrial desigmed bottle. Once they finished with it so I could upcyle it to a usb powered lamp using copper pipe and brass fittings to add a bit more of an industrial look to it.

Camden Loch used to be the heart of London's Gin producers, and the Half Hitch was one of the knots used to tie up the narrow boats on the canal that was used to transport the Gin.

If you want to see the others, you'll have to visit us on Saturday, 1st August, at the Scottish Arts & Crafts Fair.
