🏡 Moduleo LVT Flooring 🏡

Some before & after photographs from one of our recent projects! 📸✨

Our customer previously had Karndean flooring fitted many years ago and wanted to modernise their large, open-plan Kitchen & Living Space, continuing through into the Utility Room.

They opted for a stunning wood design from Moduleo’s wide selection of LVT flooring, creating a beautiful, modern finish throughout. 🤩

To add an extra feature, we created a perimeter border using a darker design strip, helping to frame the flooring and really highlight the overall design. 👌

🔨 Subfloor Preparation

We used 6mm SP101 flooring plywood as part of the subfloor preparation. In this particular case, we were able to install the plywood directly over the existing Karndean flooring.

⚠️ This isn’t always possible, as existing floor heights need to be carefully considered — particularly around doorways, appliances and other transitions.

Another transformation we’re delighted with! 🙌

✨ Moduleo LVT Flooring ✨

Here are some before & after photographs from a recent installation. 📸

Our customer chose a beautiful wood-effect design from Moduleo’s extensive range, which flows seamlessly from the hallway through into the kitchen/dining room. 🏡✨

To ensure the perfect foundation, we prepared the subfloor using 6mm SP101 flooring plywood before professionally fitting the Moduleo glue-down LVT. 🔨👌

The result is a stunning, hard-wearing floor that looks fantastic throughout the space. 😍

Another happy customer and another floor transformed! 🙌

Moduleo LVT

Some before and after photographs of a recently completed job.

Our customer wanted a hard wearing floor covering that would be durable and easy to maintain. In the end they chose one of Moduleo’s wide array of wood plank designs for most of the downstairs of their home.

The subfloors were concrete. Prior to priming and screeding there was a bit of extra work required. We had to remove bitumen tile residue and apply a liquid damp proof membrane at the patio doors.

If you’re looking for carpets or flooring for any budget why not visit our showroom or book a free survey and measure and we can bring samples to your home.

Moduleo LVT

Some before and after photographs of a recently completed job.

Our customer previously had a white Karndean tile throughout their open plan Living space, Kitchen and Utility Room and Laminate in their Hallway and Toilet.

They wanted a chance and went with one of Moduleo’s wide array of designs. We used full size planks and a 5mm darker design strip to highlight the perimeter of the main areas. This flowed plain off the borders into the Utility Room and Toilet.

We uplifted the existing Karndean flooring, plywood and Laminate and used 6mm SP101 plywood throughout to prepare the floors prior to fitting the Moduleo flooring. This kept everything level and flowing.

If you’re looking for carpets or flooring for any budget why not visit our showroom or book a free survey and measure and we can bring samples to your home.

Moduleo LVT & Carpets

Some photographs of a recently completed job.

We supplied and fitted Moduleo LVT and carpets in a previous customers home.
Throughout much of the downstairs they had white tiles that they really didn’t like.

The tiles were solid so we primed them prior to screeding over them to provide a level surface to fit the glue down Moduleo country oak with an ebony perimeter border in the main areas.

If you’re looking for carpets or flooring for any budget why not visit our showroom or book a free survey and measure and we can bring samples to your home.
