Our customer chose a beautiful wood-effect design from Moduleo’s extensive range, which flows seamlessly from the hallway through into the kitchen/dining room. 🏡✨

To ensure the perfect foundation, we prepared the subfloor using 6mm SP101 flooring plywood before professionally fitting the Moduleo glue-down LVT. 🔨👌

The result is a stunning, hard-wearing floor that looks fantastic throughout the space. 😍

Moduleo LVT

Some before and after photographs of a recently completed job.

Our customer wanted a hard wearing floor covering that would be durable and easy to maintain. In the end they chose one of Moduleo’s wide array of wood plank designs for most of the downstairs of their home.

The subfloors were concrete. Prior to priming and screeding there was a bit of extra work required. We had to remove bitumen tile residue and apply a liquid damp proof membrane at the patio doors.

Moduleo LVT

Some before and after photographs of a recently completed job.

Our customer previously had a white Karndean tile throughout their open plan Living space, Kitchen and Utility Room and Laminate in their Hallway and Toilet.

They wanted a chance and went with one of Moduleo’s wide array of designs. We used full size planks and a 5mm darker design strip to highlight the perimeter of the main areas. This flowed plain off the borders into the Utility Room and Toilet.

We uplifted the existing Karndean flooring, plywood and Laminate and used 6mm SP101 plywood throughout to prepare the floors prior to fitting the Moduleo flooring. This kept everything level and flowing.

Moduleo LVT & Carpets

We supplied and fitted Moduleo LVT and carpets in a previous customers home.
Throughout much of the downstairs they had white tiles that they really didn’t like.

The tiles were solid so we primed them prior to screeding over them to provide a level surface to fit the glue down Moduleo country oak with an ebony perimeter border in the main areas.
