Craft Club ❤️

These were made over a couple of sessions.

The children have wanted to make these for so long but too time consuming and felt they were too hard.

Fast forward a few years and voila!

I can not even begin to tell you how brilliant these all are. 😍😍

In my craft room, there’s a very difference between scraps and offcuts!

Offcuts are the good bits usable pieces of fabric that have earned a place in the offcut pink tubs for future projects.

Scraps, on the other hand, they’ve reached the end of the road. 👋🏽 👋🏽 🗑️

Using offcuts I have prepared 2 sets for storage pouches. (Short version)

Sophie from Craft club started this patchwork dog yesterday and has progressed so well. It’s shaping up to be a fine piece of work.

The adults have made these (Dogs Cats and cows) previously. The children have wanted to make them for a few years but always felt they were too difficult.

Sophie won’t get to finish this until June but watch this space.

Yesterday was a very relaxed craft club with just 3 girls as all booked on events (hope then went well) Scarlet and Alice worked on T-shirts and Sophie on a patchwork dog.

The flowers were more timely than you would think as quite fiddly. The end result was impressive.

The patchwork animals take HOuRS (the adults can confirmed) Sophie progressed her dog really well and is looking super cute.. I can’t wait to showcase this when finished.

Spent a fewl hours in my craft room today, with a good podcast.

I realised the bag I’ve been using (which I made over a year ago!) is definitely looking a bit… used 🥴 but I do love it.

It’s had a few lovely comments from people in shops, which is always sweet

That said, I felt it was time for an upgrade… although I’m not sure I’m ready to retire the old one just yet ❤️

I actually started this new one a while ago and finally finished it today - I love it.

I need your help…
Which style do you prefer, horizontal or vertical?
