At the moment, everything is very much still a work in progress, so please bear with me as I get everything set up! Our mission is to allow creative people to provide creative solutions to anyone who is in any kind of recovery process. From mental health and stress disorders, physical health and injuries to addictions, we aim to provide current information to help as many people as we can possibly

reach. So if you stumble upon us on any of our platforms, please consider inviting your tribe, as many people as possible. Almost everyone can either help others with their recovery, or access help to recover themselves.

Hello my lovelies. Wanted to let you know that the first book in the Craft Therapy series is now officially a work in progress. It is called Newtrition and I can't wait to be able to share it with the world! I have the full book plan made and the introduction, so it's no longer just a pipe dream!

Trying to build this page up much better over the next month, so please interact and if you find anything of value, share it with your tribe!

Desperately seeking intelligent person to help with research into the importance of nutrition on our physical and mental health. Successful applicant will need to be will to watch a playlist of videos that I am currently compiling and then implement some of the advice given in these videos. Purpose of asking for help is for other people to record the affect these changes have on their mental and physical health and also just to be able to talk to someone who is interested in this subject. Successful applicant will need to have an open mind and be prepared to make a few changes to their lifestyle!

Hey my fellow creatives, I have finally worked out how to link the page to the blog woot woot! The button at the top now says Learn More and if you click it, it will take you straight to the blog. Please chuck me a follow if you don't mind, it gets a bit depressing just talking to myself on there. Plus, I would love to know what you think about the set up, structure and content. Also, you know, someone to bat me around the head if the spelling or grammar is wrong!
Going to be adding more pages and another post to the blog today, so watch this space for updates! ###
