A very exciting delivery this morning!
Earlier this year I was asked by German publishing company DuMont Buchverlag if they could use my print ‘Morning Sun’ for the cover of a book by Tristan Gooley Tristan Gooley

This is a translation of his popular book How To Read A Tree. The book explores how trees act as living maps and witnesses to their environment-showing how to read shapes, growth patterns, bark, and leaves to understand local wind, water, soil history, and human impact.

The original reduction lino print has been popular with only a few remaining in the edition. 🤗

I’m delighted to be nominated for this year’s Surrey Artist of the Year, along with 16 other amazing artists.
My prints are exhibited at the New Ashgate Gallery, where you can cast your vote for your favourite artist. Voting continues until noon, 23rd Oct.
The winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 23rd Oct 6.30pm and will receive a bursary for a solo exhibition and community engagement at New Ashgate Gallery.
