This was meant to be a simple sand and paint job to this conservatory. Upon investigation I found it to have severe rot. One section I could fit my entire hand inside! After discussions with the customer about what could be done it was looking like a much more expensive job.
I offered a different kind of solution to treat the wood with rot stopper and add plastic cladding as you would when changing the soffits.
This cave the customer a much cheaper solution to the problem and even I’m amazed with just how. Good it looked at the end.

The start of the summer season has been super busy.
This is a nice little before and after shot.
The window was In dire need of being replaced and had become sponge like.
Water had been seeping into the plasterboard and started to fester mould.
The window bespoke made by a local company arcana cabinetmakers. Fitted the new window cut out the damp plasterboard and re plasterboarded the area around the window. Taping and jointing to blend in with the original plaster.
Finished off with painting throughout transforming the look and smell of a difficult space.

Fencing fun in the sun.
Pleased with how this came out. The customer was over the moon. Fencing renewed over 30 panels and posts.
Very hot and sweaty couple of days!

Great little before and after for a repeat customer.
Custom chimney breast cupboard and shelving. Finished to suit the rest of the decor and style of the room.

I’m taking on the London marathon In aid of bone cancer uk on the 26th April.

This local school had a notice board badly in need of a bit of tlc. I filled, sanded, repainted and sourced new vinyl to give it that much needed spruce up.
