Another year comes to a close and I would like to thank all of our wonderful customers for your support once again.
It's an end of an era at Bonney's with our wonderful Trudie retiring. She has been amazing over the years for me and long before I had the business too.
My sincere thanks and best wishes to you Trudie, you are amazing.
Trudie has sent a message which I will paste below.
Merry Christmas everybody and we'll look forward to seeing you all in the new year.

Hi everyone I want to thank David and Mikayla for my lovely gift on my retirement , and all the best wishes from all the great tradesmen and customers who it has been a pleasure to serve all these years. You all made my working life the best and I will miss you all. Have the most amazing Christmas and a fantastic New Year I am sure I will see you around and I will be in the shop regularly probably buying paint and paper to do one project or another and to catch up on the gossip and Mikayla’s tea. Hey everyone. Today marks 12 years since taking this business on. It has been an absolute pleasure serving you all during this time and being able to help out with numerous community projects and charities.
One thing is for sure, since covid times it has become increasingly difficult to keep the right products at competitive prices for our customers. Also it brought about a big change in the way people shop with more and more people choosing to buy online.
The Last year has proved to be the most difficult however with rising costs for employer's and prices soaring again.
We can however still offer some of the most competitive prices around and a wide range of products to suit most jobs indoor or outdoor.
I'd like to thank Trudie for being an absolute rock, seriously couldn't have got this far without you. Our Declan for the many years of hard work before moving on and our Mikayla who joined us permanently at the start of the year and has been a tremendous help. Not to mention my kids who have always helped out when needed.
We do aim to still be here in 12 years time offering a service that can't be offered online and with the support of you, our wonderful customers we will hopefully achieve this.
So a massive thank you to all for your support and we look forward to serving you in the years to come.
