Attractive Antique Victorian Large Bow Front Inlaid Mahogany Chest Of Drawers

This is a lovely bow front chest. We date this chest to the mid 19th century.
The chest sits on four bracket feet.
The main chest consists of six graduated drawers, three over three. The drawer fronts and front feet have a lovely inlaid design. The drawers are fitted with drop handles mounted on oval backplates and are fitted with locks (key is supplied).
The chest has a height of 39" (99cm), a width of 45.5" (115cm) and a depth at deepest of 22.5" (57cm) at deepest. For more details and delivery options, head to our website. Thank you.

Very large, but very beautiful 💕
This tall, Victorian, rustic pine dresser would be gorgeous addition to your home.
With reclaimed antique pine, this dresser dates to the second half of the 19th century.
It comes supplied in two sections. The top shelf section and the base cupboard section.
The top recessed section features three sturdy wooden shelves with a panelled back with an attractive stepped cornice.

The base section consists of three drawers fitted with drop handles mounted on backplates; these have been replaced with period handles at some time in the past. The drawers are also fitted with locks (no key is supplied but one should be obtainable if required). Below the drawers there is a cupboard with two side hinged panel doors fitted with brass button handles. Internally there is a mid-height fitted shelf.

The dresser has an overall height of 92.5" (234cm), a base section height of 41.5" (106cm), a cornice width of 53" (135cm) and a base depth of 23" (58cm).
This lovely reclaimed pine dresser remains in good solid condition with minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. The dresser has some marks, indentations and wear to the finish. The top section has some graffiti to the inside left hand panel, the same panel has a chip out of the wood at the bottom front corner. The base section has wear to the back edge on the left hand side and some old paint to the back edges. The cupboard lock has been removed at some time in the past. There are some marks to the insides of the drawers. The lower door handles have been replaced at some point and it's possible to see the old holes.

The washstand is supplied in three sections. The mirror, a base section and a marble top.
It sits on attractive carved cabriole legs at the front and rectangular section legs to the rear.
The washstand has a shapely carved mahogany framed bevelled mirror that sits on the marble top and is screwed to the base section.
The base section consists of a lovely marble top in various grey shades. The base has two side by side drawers fitted with decorative cast brass handles and a lock. The cupboard below has two side hinged doors with attractive carved panels, the right hand door is fitted with a lock and the left hand door has a top and bottom catch. The key is supplied for the drawers and cupboard.
The cost of this beauty is £695.

New - An elegant pair of Liberty fireside armchairs.

These chairs have the classic double front, side rails and wavy lathback backrests. The seat pads are of woven rush and there are traditional armrests.
These chairs were traditionally low so as to get closer to the fire.
The chairs remain in a very good condition with only very minor surface marks commensurate with age, including some wear to the finish and some edges. They really are beautiful and would be a great addition to your home. £495.

🎉Imagine the parties....

We have a beautiful, large, oak, cocktail cabinet. What a feature this would be.
The cabinet comes in two parts, a top cupboard section and base section with drawer.
The cupboard has a large side hinged carved door with large decorative hinges and a carved panel. The carving is of a lion holding a shield with a key. The cabinet is fitted with a lock escutcheon that matches the hinges (key is supplied).
The interior of the cupboard is fitted with a removable recessed shelf and a mirrored base.
The base has a central drawer with a carved frontage and a drop handle. There is a lower shelf at the base.
