Happy windy Sunday lovely people, if you’re brave enough to venture out I’d wear sensible shoes and wrap up warm. I’ve been painting pumpkins this morning on my window. It’s been naked for a while and with Halloween fast approaching thought something needed to happen. I’ve also done something very exciting this week, submitting to Tendering Council an application to paint a large mural for them. Let’s keep everything crossed they are inspired by my ideas. Have a great week and Happy Halloween to all those ghosts and goblins out trick or treating next Saturday. X###

Happy Monday lovely people, I know some of us find Mondays difficult, but here’s the thing…… If you appreciate the little things, the detail in life. Then it helps us overcome the not so nice things. We went to the pumpkin patch on Sunday- seeing the family laugh and interact with each other, made us forget about the rain. Help yourself to be happy 😊😊😊. Have an awesome week everyone, see you again very soon ###

Happy Sunday, the sun is shining and I hope your day is full of joy and laughter. We had a fabulous evening on the 30th September at Pens and Dragons, Brightlingsea. It’s so relaxing, some people chose to do their own thing, which is great!! Others had a go at repeat pattern, interpreting it in their own way. This is what the sessions are about, learning new skills and applying them to projects you might be doing. Hope to see more of you next time, which is 4 weeks time (28th October 7.30-9.30pm).

Hi lovely people it is’Between the tides festival at Walton on the Naze’ this weekend, what a fabulous day out. There is so much more activities going on today if you fancy googling the programme. I had the pleasure of running an art workshop yesterday. The lovely people I met, used their imagination to create objects from recycled materials ( junk modelling). It was a brilliant day! I’m thinking of running an art club on a Saturday morning and maybe one afternoon, once school has finished. I would love your thoughts on this, would you, your children, your grandchildren come to an art club? It’s a great experience to share. Please comment if you’d be interested. Happy Sunday everyone, have a great week ###x

Happy, Happy Friday lovely people, how’s your week been? Don’t be jealous, but I’ve just come back from my holidays. A week in Gran Canaria, rest, rest and more rest, fabulous! Now to share something equally as exciting, but a little scary, I’m running a monthly workshop at the Dragons Nest in Brightlingsea. The second one is on Wednesday 30th September at 7.30-9.30pm it would be great to see you there. For more information look at Pens and dragons page. Here are some photos from the first workshop I did. It was creating something within something, the ideas you don’t always want to share. We had great fun, cutting, folding and creating 3D objects that told a story. Next time the session is called “ On Repeat “. Being creative, chatting and meeting new people is great for confidence and mental health. Be brave, I look forward to meeting you on 30th ###xx
