🌿 THE QUIET BEAUTY OF IVY 🌿

There’s something rather magical about ivy in a floral arrangement.

While the flowers might be the stars of the show, ivy is often the little detail that brings everything together.

🍃 Its trailing stems add movement and softness, tumbling beautifully over the edges of a vase or jar.

🌿 Its rich green leaves provide the perfect backdrop for seasonal flowers, allowing delicate petals and beautiful colours to shine.

🌸 In autumn and winter arrangements, ivy brings that lovely, wild, gathered-from-the-garden feeling that I adore so much.

🎄 And at Christmas, it feels wonderfully traditional, woven through wreaths, garlands and festive arrangements, bringing a little piece of the garden indoors.

I love flowers that don’t look too perfect or carefully arranged. A little twist here, a trailing stem there, and something that feels as though nature had a hand in creating it.

Sometimes, it’s the greenery rather than the flowers that makes an arrangement feel truly special.
