Ella & Ollie…

When it feels like you’re flowering a wedding for your friends 🤍

Ella & Ollie chose one of my all time favourite colour palettes for their flowers, and then proceeded to cover the entire place in it.

Quicksand, O’hara, Dahlia, Butterfly Ranunculus, Hydrangea, Sweet Pea, Dianthus, Stocks, Phlox, Lisi, Scabious, Majolika, just all the good stuff 👌

But the arch… that’s a favourite. And then the two of them underneath made it complete 🤍

When Ella & Ollie first booked me they had this little puppy called Moss, who I completely feel in love with, I met him for the first time over zoom, then as plans progressed met him as a huge puppy in person 🥹

He couldn’t be there on the wedding day, but he did make a very special appearance on Sally’s cake, tucked in at the base alongside their cat and the flowers as the sweetest little nod to their boy 🤍

I’ll let Jos’ photos tell the rest of their story because, sadly, I wasn’t there to witness it all myself, but what a stunning, joy filled day it was!

So grateful to have been a little part of it🤍

A little bit more Holesfoot magic…

Katie & her girls 🤍

I caught this moment actually happening because I could hear the laughter drifting through the gardens and just had to go and peek in.

Saturday was extra special. So blooming special, actually. Somewhere along the way I stopped feeling like I was the florist and felt completely part of this amazing little community of women, all helping their girl have the very best wedding day.

And she did 🤍

Thank you so much Katie & Will for choosing me as your florist. It’s been a complete delight from start to finish, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.

Stevie & Ryan 🤍

The lightest, airiest, wildest florals for a day that felt completely fit for a faerie.

I used only the most delicate of flowers, with nasturtiums grown by Bridge Row Flowers woven through the designs, which I’m fairly certain will live rent free in my mind forever.

Absolutely adored every second of creating these flowers for Stevie & Ryan, and working alongside them to bring their beautiful ideas to life. There was something so wonderfully soft and magical about this day, and I loved every little detail.

For Rebecca & Nate 🤍

Soft pinks, pops of berry, plenty of lush green and lots of movement. Romantic, abundant flowers that felt completely at home at Casterton Grange.

There is something so quintessentially English feeling about this day. Hannah’s photos, the venue, the gardens, the countryside surrounding it all and that sense of old-world elegance made such a lovely backdrop for their flowers.

I loved bringing that feeling into the florals too, whilst keeping everything very much about Rebecca & Nate… soft, romantic, a little wild and full of colour and texture.

I have loved receiving this beautiful gallery, and seeing these lovely little moments that I rarely witness. Dancing, laughing, getting ready and simply being together.

A really lovely day all the way back in June that still feels like yesterday!

For Mr & Mrs Charnley! 🤍

I spent the most wonderfully special day with this lovely family at last week. A family of fellow flower lovers, and a couple who love cats just as much as I do. So, naturally, I felt right at home! 🐈‍⬛

I haven’t been asked about flower varieties quite so much for a long time, but I truly loved it. There’s something so lovely about people taking an interest in what I’m creating, and seeing the joy on their faces as they discovered each flower brought me just as much joy in return.

I absolutely adored bringing this fresh, joyful palette to life too. Dahlias, cosmos, clematis, garden roses and, of course, the odd stray tennis ball thrown in for good measure 😜

And that was one of my favourite things about the whole day. Being surrounded by all of you, whether playing tennis, having a stroll, heading off on a bike ride or simply enjoying the day together, it felt like the whole place had come together as one little community.

Such a special day, such a wonderful family, and a couple I’ll absolutely never forget.

Congratulations Emily & Tom, and thank you for choosing me as your florist. I loved every single moment 🤍
