Another example why watching YouTube videos can be potentially very dangerous. Customer decided to try and fix their oven, fitted a new heating element but managed to wire it incorrectly. This could have ended in a very bad way.

Just a quick message to all our customers. With the cost of living crisis hitting everyone hard at the moment i have decided to try and keep our prices fixed for as long as possible. Our labour rates have stayed the same for 2 years now and they will remain the same, we will also do our best to absorb the increase in cost of parts.
I hope this will help all our customers, as a retail brand says Every little helps.

Just a heads up to all our customers.
We are open for emergency work on your electric ovens and washing machines. we are fit and healthy and are taking precautions when entering people’s houses to keep a safe distance as well as putting on medical gloves before knocking on your door. I hope you all stay safe and look forward to repairing your appliances in the future.
