A huge thanks to everyone who visited and purchased from me over the weekend, it was a bit mental at times which means i have a busy week ahead restocking for East Kilbride.

My build a fig was very busy, not just with kids! It was great to see lots of adults having fun making figures. I intend to expand the selection of more adult themed torsos which should be fun. I will also have more space this weekend which should reduce wait times.

Sometimes things dont go quite as planned and this is one of them! The trooper fig I showed a few days ago had the blue painted backpack that wasn't quite dry. On conducting a wear test the next day it (as I suspected) didnt pass. Even printing it blue had the same outcome, the different plastic (polyprop) has poor adhesion compared to ABS used in bricks/figs etc.
As a result he will now come with a white backpack, not ideal but sometimes in design there is no way around the problem, and im not using off brand clone parts. Im still very happy with him though!

As with my other books there is a printed tile in each, related to the cover, but i need better light to get a better pic. Still got a few new things to show before Livingston this weekend.

Got a few new figs incoming and this is one im very happy with! I decided to paint the pack as it isnt available. I know some people avoid printing the clipped flags, im never one for shying away from a challange!

People were asking for more hair and head choice for my build a minifig, in particular more female hair and heads with glasses and beards.

Well a LEGO delivery has just arrived with lots of new parts including lots of fun and funky hair. I've tried to have too keep it limited as it makes things easier for kids to pick.
