Cath's Crafting

Cath's Crafting Creative expression can have many benefits. My community art classes are for young people and adults.

As well as doing a variety of arts and crafts myself, I now run community based art groups for children and adults. I truly believe everyone has some creativity and that with support and encouragement, involvement in creative arts can be very beneficial for health and well-being. At present I have two classes for 8-11yr olds, one class for 12-16 yr olds, two classes for adults (over 16s) and two c

lasses for adults with Additional Support Needs. I run a session once a month for the local Parkinson's group. I have also been booked and funded to run blocks of sessions e.g. 6 weeks of 'Crafty Christmas '
