Academy of Discipline Martial Arts ADMA is a Martial Arts Academy built upon the bases of freestyle contact karate and kickboxing. The Academy opens its doors to all ages, commencing at 4yrs.

ADMA has officially been a founded academy producing world class martial artist since 2005. Prior to 2005, The Academy of Discipline Martial Arts was affiliated under a different name, however as martial arts has evolved, so did ADMA! The Academy of Discipline Martial Arts is governed by our Chief Instructor, Rhidian Heyes who has been practicing martial arts for the past 30 years. We provide a nu

Adam has put in countless hours over the past couple of years and gave blood, sweat and tears this evening to rewarded and presented with his black belt by our chief instructor, Rhidian Heyes.
