A beautiful installation last week in the Willowhayne area of East Preston.

Pimlico wool mix Brussels weave carpet adds such grace and character to all rooms and stairs at this beautifully renovated cottage.

Laid onto new QA high quality PU underlay this really does look and feel like it belongs exactly where it is.
Having the extra little contemporary touch of Bronze door threshold bars, we think this is the perfect match up for our client as we put their vision and design into what was possible and available to them.

Starting yesterday in Bognor, our guys have been working hard getting the first phase of 6 apartments ready for this massive renovation which will be having commercial flooring throughout.

Once completed this project will consist of 14 apartments, common ways, breakout areas and staff rooms for local authority assisted accommodation.

Here, all old flooring had to be mechanically removed allowing for the sub floor to be primed and then covered with fibre reinforced renovate compound in readiness for the Polysafe Wood FX to be laid.
Bathrooms will be having Polysafe Hydro installed.

We are so made up to have been awarded this on behalf of a new client and shows our ability to switch from domestic to contract projects with the confidence and commitment to make sure it is not only delivered on time and on budget, but installed by a professional and skilled workforce.

Will put some competed pics once we have them and a shout out to for your continued support in making sure products are sourced and supplied at the best possible prices.

A lovely finish to this new podcast and break out room for our friends having chosen a contract felt backed vinyl rather than LVT to be installed, which is offering a softer feel under foot.

After some intense remedial work the flooring has been installed using F44 adhesive so is down for the long term offing great value for money along with the durability they expect from the product.

Being one of Sussex’s leading Karndean retailer’s, we constantly get asked for advise on the preparation.

It is so important that this is done correctly as to scrimp on this part can have long term devastating effects on the installed dry back products.
Here is some rooms completed this week taking up the old Marley Tiles in lounge and ceramics in kitchen area then primed and screeded using fibre reinforced compound to a mirror finish.

At BO-HUS we walk our clients through every step of the process making sure they fully understand the reasons why and in turn this gives them full confidence that the job will be done correctly first time.

We get called out at least once a month to an installation by another company where the subfloor has not been prepared correctly then this in turn has meant the tiles are lifting or the subfloor is cracking.

Your floor is an investment in your home so don’t be fooled by massive discounts and idol chat, this is something that has to be done correctly.

Everyone working hard to get competed in time for tomorrows inspection, installing 2x bedrooms, landing and stairs with a natural loop effect carpet made by Associated Weavers and complimented with a lovely soft tones bathroom and kitchen LVT from Moduleo.

Full preparation using only quality British made PU 10mm underlay and all accessories and sundries supplied to site by our trusted supply chain partners

Yes, another herringbone installation but how good does this look.
