What a great morning at Grantham Outdoor Bowls Club!

Today the children made Rainsticks, which look absolutely fantastic!

Lots of interesting discussions about rain and acting out rain noises using rice, tin foil and more!

Plus singing and dancing, we may not have made it rain but we had fun!

Our goal is to help and inspire children at our Arts and Crafts sessions and offer a different, fun way of learning, using Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).

Our session are all about being creative and asking questions and encouraging independent thinking to build confidence.

Problem solving is an essential part of growth. Each week we mix up our sessions and use a variety of different techniques to keep the children engaged and interested.

We encourage the children to learn new skills and apply their knowledge by taking part in a project, but also how to analyse and evaluate a problem.

By doing this it encourages creativity, teamwork and leadership.

Best of all in the forever evolving world we live in, the children have fun at and you get a couple of hours peace.

Lots of paint, googley eyes and sticky bits and gems! And of course using them to make lots of bubbles at the end!

All our helpers have been DBS checked and come from educational backgrounds, providing a safe environment for your little one. Places are available for children of a primary school age 4+

A program of arts and crafts workshops which have been specifically designed around STEM. The program is designed to build on skills and development session by session and increase self-esteem and confidence through communication, collaboration, problem solving, creativity and fun.

Magical Creations has been set up to provide a safe, fun space for children to enhance social skills, reduce screen time, improve developmental skills, maintain a routine and learn without knowing they are learning throughout the summer holidays.
