Hello Folks! I hope everyone is having a Cheery Tuesday and after taking a little wellbeing break let me introduce you to this lil spirit they are the spirit of reflection and sweet treats. A top tier listener who doesn't believe in diets and carries the message of being kind to yourself and not shying away from honest reflection.

They are not glazed to a high shine like many other spirits and this is because reflection isn't smooth or perfect it's difficult. However the slightly rough surface is very tactile so perfect to touch if you use objects in grounding.

My spirits look on at a poorly Proprietor.. they are in a desperate need of a sanding and a few top coats! However, they are in full support of cosy time on the sofa whilst I slowly recover with a thick blanket a curled up Mr Fagan and a cosy game on the switch. Today I will work on reminding myself not to feel any guilt for being ill and not to feel disheartened at my health and to remind myself that everyone gets ill and its ok...Today I will talk to myself like I would a friend and this is my reminder to you to do the same.

First review for my little shop EEEK! I'm actively the worst at selling my shop or shouting about my little spirits so this feedback is heart warming. I curate each parcel I send to hold the essence of what each individual might need in hopes that these little clay vessels provide you/them with an added spark of resilience or comfort or something as seemingly simple as a good hair day. This is my own spirit affectionately called Tato they sit on top of my shoe rack and they see me off every day as I go to leave my home. Tato is a little sassy, and quite sarcastic. They are the spirit of small steps and inner badarsery. When I find my days difficult I'm able to pull some strength from Tato ..because look at that little face they haven't got any time for mine or your negativity or foolishness. Tato is petty but positive and thinks we are all full of wonders and should stop acting like a cat thats seen a cucumber and more embody the vibes of a capybara in a

This lil they was one of the first spirits i created they are little bit smaller than my others although just as bright. I call them Big Blu and they are the spirit of small but mighty things and imbued with self love, self confidence and that extra spark we sometimes need to help us face the day espeicially when we are particularly not feeling as big and bold as blu sees us. Blu says stick it to the man and take up space, you are astonishing.

As a 6ft ish welsh lady built like a fall back there is not a day that goes by that I don't wish I had some sort of nook to crawl into and hide away filled with my favorite things and lit moodily but my body was built to take up space and my knees are not what they used to be so its not a nook I need but more like a general living space with nook like qualities .

After shaping and letting my lil gems dry out I like to sand them to get them extra crisp looking its like a trip to the spa for them I suppose. However the absolute torrent of dust that falls off them is the worst it gets everywhere and I have to be so careful with a partner who has asthma to make sure he is safe and away when I'm sanding up a storm in the living room and everywhere is ventilated and in February in England its pretty nippy!

Arghhhhh I have now gone live on etsy...the fact I have managed to organise my hyper focus and do something crafty for the first time in years is huge for me please do have a gander excuse the photos on there I will add some more profesh ones soon

It feels quite nice to be happy doing something that makes me smile again!
