One of our in house designers will make a home visit to measure and survey your room, and discuss your needs, thoughts and ideas. Quotations:
Once designed you will be sent a preliminary quotation with 2D and 3D room images. This is normally the start of the interior design stage as colours, textures and styles can be finalized and then a final quotation is put forward. Order:
Once a quotation has been confirmed as an order, all the materials and labour are then scheduled and ordered and an installation date is fixed by mutual agreement. Pre-Installation Survey:
You will receive a visit by one of our installation managers. The purpose of this visit is to let the manager meet the client before the job commences to check parking, access arrangements, particular customer requirements, water, electrics, isolation points and anything else that will make the installation as smooth as possible. One of our employed fitters will turn up with newly laundered dust sheets and start work. The job will have previously been scheduled by the installation manager so the fitter will know where to start and expected job length. Completion:
The best bit! Once your installation is complete, our fitter will carry out a completion check list to highlight any areas that may have been missed. The installations managers will also visit after completion to carry out the same checks for himself and look for any adjustments or snagging that he feels may be needed. Once he is satisfied he will sign the job off as completed. Last stage:

Q : Do you install as well as supply ranges? A : All our ranges are supplied and fitted by our own specialist installers. We take care of everything - from initial consultation and design through to installation and decoration. Q : What is it likely to cost? A : Cost will of course depend on the range selected and the scope of your project. However it is likely that a quality bathroom suite, designed and fitted will start from around £8,000. Kitchens starting from around £25,000. Q : Do you employ your own staff? A : Yes, all installations are run and carried out by employed staff . We use sub contractors for specialist trades. Q : Do you charge for design? A : Generally we do not charge for a Bathroom design/quotation, due to the amount of work involved in kitchen designs a small charge is made, which is then deducted from the contract if you decide to accept our quotation and design. Q : Do you use sub contractors? A : We use sub contractors to carry out specialist items such as marble/stone, electrics and plastering. We use a selected number of contractors that we have used over many years and they do not work on a fixed price. This means that they complete work to a given standard and not as quick as possible. Q : If so, do I (the client) have to organise them to do the work needed? A : All installations are project managed by our Installations manager. We find that by managing the installation ourselves , we keep a greater control of the time schedule and quality. Q : Do you supply goods only? A : Yes, we will offer advice and help on design and suitability but not a home design service. We can deliver goods for a small charge if needed.
