I think it's time to stop tweaking now and call this finished. Just need to get him framed and he's off to his new home. I'm loving making these portraits - still can't quite believe that I've been able to make something so beautiful!

This is so true - it's worth spending a bit extra for a decent needle felting kit. Cheap kits often have inferior materials and instructions, and make the craft seem much harder

For various reasons I've not done any needle felting for a long time. I've recently signed up to online workshops on 2d animal portraits, and I'm loving it! Here are my first 2 projects, and my next one in progress

This is the first bit of needle felting I've done in a while - 2 sets of dog ears for my daughter and I to wear with our Guide Dogs UK vests when we run the London Marathon next week! Look out for us on the telly - I'll be the one crawling over the finish line on my hands and knees 😂
