Ready to post items will be dispatched within 5-7 days. Made to order items will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. If my turnaround time increases or decreases, I will be sure to let you know on my page. Orders will be dispatched only after payment has been received. RETURNS:
Due to the fact that my items are made to order, I am unable to accept returns, unless an item is faulty on arrival. If this is the case, items must be returned in their original or alternative secure packaging. You will need to cover return postage, but this will be refunded alongside the price of the item, if the item is found to be faulty. CANCELLATIONS:
As each item is made to order, I am unable to accept cancellations. Please be advised that my toys are not suitable for children under 3 years, unless specified.

Well that’s it - the end of an era; my Etsy shop is now closed after 8 years of business. I am very sad to see it go; I have worked really hard over those 8 years, running the business single-handedly and always putting lots of love and care into each order. My heartfelt thanks go to everyone who has ordered from me via Etsy in that time - I truly appreciate each and every sale that was made. I have also met some genuinely lovely people along the way, some of whom I feel very lucky to be able to count as friends.

I won’t go on for too much longer(!), just to say that I will still be here on Facebook, but as life has become very busy for me recently, I may not post as often as I’d like. Do come and say ‘hello’ occasionally, and get in touch if you have any questions or queries about an order or any of my products.

Just two more days until I close my Etsy shop! It will be the end of an era, having sold products all over the world for the past 8 years. And although it’s quite a sad milestone for my business, I’m looking forward to things to come 😊

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend. I just wanted to let you know that after many, many months of deliberation, I have decided to close my Etsy shop. Etsy have decided to continually hike their seller fees and are taking more and more of my profits every month. Etsy used to be a fantastic place for small business owners like myself to sell products, but more recently it has become overrun with mass-produced items claiming to be artisan or bespoke, and larger companies masquerading as smaller, independent businesses. Customers generally assume that buying something on Etsy guarantees a product made by a small-scale craftsperson (such as myself), but sadly this is no longer always the case. This and the fact that Etsy take the majority of profit made, is forcing so many genuine craftspeople out of the market, which is really sad.

I’m really sorry that I feel forced to make this decision, and I really hope that my customers don’t feel let down, but I can no longer justify putting hours upon hours of work into a product and not seeing a financial return. As you know, I have always kept my prices low, so that any costs are not passed down to my customers. Taking Etsy’s new seller fees into account, if I were to increase my prices to a point where I could make a fair return from my work, I feel that this would make my products unreasonably priced for my customers - and I am not prepared to do this.

I will therefore be closing my Etsy shop on 1st July. Any orders placed before 1st July will still be fulfilled. My page will remain open and I will still be taking orders via Facebook and my email address ([email protected]). However, I will also be limiting my order availability from 1st July, so please ensure that you contact me well in advance if you would like to place an order for a specific date. My PDF patterns will remain available on Ravelry and LoveCrafts.

I hope that you understand this decision and I look forward to continuing to keep in touch with you all via Facebook and email.

Well, that’s Christmas put away again for another year ☹️ It’s always a bit sad to see the decorations go, but on the plus side, it seems to make the house bigger without a Christmas tree taking up space! I made this little donkey for our tree this year (I make a new decoration every year), and I’m already looking forward to seeing him again later this year!

I had so much fun making this pair of wedding dolls for my friend and her husband. They had an absolutely beautiful wedding, which included a Chinese Tea Ceremony. For this part of the day, the bride changed into a stunning traditional Chinese dress. I wanted to include both dresses, but instead of having separate outfits, I decided to make a 2-in-1 topsy turvy doll. It was a pleasure to make these dolls for such a genuine, lovely couple who are so perfect for one another. I wish them a wonderful and happy life together ❤️👰🏻‍♀️🤵‍♂️
