I had a great time over the weekend assisting at Glasgow Trades Collective. Everyone learnt so much over the two days and produced amazing, creative work so show for it! We had a blast! Also a pleasure to work alongside such kind, helpful and talented tutors, I'll be back in May to teach the intro to plastering!

I'm back! After 8 months on the road learning from some of the UK's top plasterers and craftspeople; the Kings Foundation Building Craft Programme has come to an end.
I have such exciting plans for the future, and I can't wait to continue to collaborate with other passionate craftspeople and travelling for further learning opportunities.
In the meantime I'll be enjoying working closer to home in Scotland, and opening my books for work enquiries!

Big news! ‼️
From next month I will be beginning the Building Craft Programme to start learning traditional skills in plastering!
This will open the door for me to work in conservation and heritage in the future, and also work with more natural and environmentally conscious materials.
I will be starting off at Dumfries House and then going on placements all over the UK, to learn from some of the masters of their trade.
This means that my diary will be taken up through to March of next year, as this is a full time course.
I am equally excited to start this programme, and excited for what the future brings! Stay tuned.

SUPER proud of this one. The old wall was crumpling and lumpy, and I had a lot of fun hammer drilling it all off.
There were still some old chunky electrics to blend into the new wall, but the outcome looks nice and subtle.
I was also so well looked after, with a whole table of snacks to keep me going! 🏠♥️
