These are on the windowsil until they start popping through

Will keep an eye on these outside now

The Hibiscus I bought in the sale for a £1 is looking good, fresh green leaves in just a few weeks!

And my beautiful White Thalictrum it did amazing last year, a cloud like explosion of tiny white flowers with lacy green foliage.
Thought I'd lost it in the heatwave but its back look at that lush new growth!

A must for the border or container garden, showy & adds height this perenial will keep coming back!

Summer may have gone but Autumn is the best time to sow, rejig your borders, divide those perenials, extend your borders, plan for Spring & Summer next year!

Get your notebooks out draw up a plan write those wishlists it doesn't have to be expensive! Exciting times!

Greenhouse up & ready for autumn sowing! 💛🧡

A cup of tea a must! No instructions needed this is my 3rd year sowing seeds & I can't blooming wait!! The sun is still shining, taking in the last of the Summer & what a Summer its been! ☀️

Just a few seeds, a bag of compost & some pots or small trays. Or why not re use that fruit punnet anything can be used. Give it a go I promise you will love it!!

So excited to be getting this little corner of the garden ready.

Spent a few hours at the weekend emptying & washing pots, saving compost, seed collecting & filling the wildlife pond.

Biennial seed sowing (late I know) second try as I lost some in the heatwave. 🌿

It's nearly time to get the greenhouse back up! 💚

I love the Summer but I can't wait for the changes of Autumn! 💛🧡🤎

My daughter chose this one!

A beautiful shrub with large tropical like blooms.

Each bud flowers only lasting a day or two before the next bud opens!

A perenial shrub, it will die back in winter & re grow in spring.

Looking forward to seeing this one grow.

I've been trying to hold off going plant shopping, I really needed some compost!

I didn't intend on going out today.. but I'm so glad I did..

2 x Acers ~ £18

1 x Hibiscus ~ £1

1 x Perenial Hardy Geranium ~ £3

1 x Brunnera ~ £3

Total £25 Bargain!

I've not bought Acers before so any tips would be great?! 🍁

Nows the time to check out your local garden centres for the bargains 🌿🍂

This would have cost me £100!

With a little water & some TLC these will be amazing! 💦🤗

Now where am I going to put these beauties 🤔

Still need to buy compost! 😬
